Who is the Project Manager Bootcamp for?

Milengo's bootcamp is for young professionals, job starters, or recent graduates, based in Poland, Romania, or Bulgaria who want to learn the basics of Localization project management, get a glimpse into the actual daily work in a Localization agency, and, after successfully completing the bootcamp, are interested in taking on a full-time position as a Junior Project Manager at Milengo.

 

What awaits you in the Project Manager Bootcamp?

The bootcamp will take place in two stages.

  • Stage 1: Two weeks of daily training sessions - 2 hours per day with 5 participants.
  • Stage 2: Two out of the five participants will be selected to enter a 4-week simulation phase. There the two participants will get to test their skills in a simulation of real-life localization projects.

After completing the simulation phase, a working contract will be offered to the the most outstanding bootcamp graduates. All other bootcamp participants will be awarded a certificate for successfully completing the training.

All candidates are expected to have a full working proficiency in German and English

 

When will the Project Manager Bootcamp take place?

The bootcamp will start on Monday, 4th of September and will take place online. Applications are accepted until the 6th of August.

 

How much will I have to pay to take part?

The bootcamp is free for you. The only investment will be two hours of your time every day, Monday through Saturday.
